Terms and conditions 

▪ Returning the application form to Oyunlag-Uils NGO implies you have confirmed your participation at 30th International Education Exhibition – Mongolia, constituting a contractual agreement between Oyunlag-Uils NGO and the institute.
▪ Upon the receipt of the invoice, the participating institute should settle the payment within 14 days and please send a copy of the bank transfer to: email at oyunlaguils@gmail.com 
▪ The contract is valid under Mongolian Law. Venue is Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia
▪ All attending participants are advised to obtain adequate insurance cover against possible cancellation due to illness or bereavement
▪ Oyunlag-Uils exhibition organizer reserves the right to change the venue.
▪ Participants should be insured against personal liability, theft and fire. The Organizer will not be liable for any loss or damage to exhibits or equipment regardless of whether this loss or damage is prior to, during, or after the exhibition.

Should you need to cancel your registration; the following refund policy will apply:
▪ All cancellations or alterations to bookings must be notified in writing.
▪ In case of a complete cancellation by the Institution or cancellation of attendance of a representative's accommodation, Oyunlag-Uils  NGO reserves the right to impose the following cancellation charge:
- In respect of cancellation of participation received before 2023/09/08, 50% of the full participation fee is forfeit;
- In respect of cancellation of participation received after 2023/09/08, no refund of the full participation fee;

The Organizers shall not be liable for any loss sustained by the Exhibitor directly or indirectly attributable to the cancellation, suspension or reduction of duration of the scheduled Exhibition from the period advertised or specified due to: 

a. Force Majeure. 
b. Acts of War, Military Activity, Municipal Statutory or Civil Authority requisition. 
c. Fire, flood, typhoon, excessively inclement of weather, earthquake, contagious disease or a combination of the same. 
d. Damage caused by an aerial object or aircraft. 
e. Strikes or lockouts by workmen

If the Exhibition is cancelled, reduced or postponed then and in such event the unit costs paid to the Organizer, or any part thereof may be refunded at the sole discretion of the Organizer to the Exhibitors but without prejudice to the Organizers’ right to appropriate not refund full participation fee.

•	Отправление  заявки в некоммерческую организацию “Оюунлаг Уйлс”  предполагает, что Вы подтверждаете свое участие в XXX Международной Образовательной Ярмарке в Монголий, что подразумевает подписание соглашения между некоммерческой организацией “Оюунлаг Уйлс” и учебным заведением.
•	После получения квитанций  учебное заведение должно совершить оплату в течение 14 дней и отправить копию оплаченной квитанций  по электронному адресу oyunlaguils@gmail.com
•	Соглашения действительно в соответствии с Законодательством Монголии. Место проведения – г.Улан-Батор, Монголия. 
•	Все участникам ярмарки рекомендуется приобрести соответствующее страховое обеспечение в случае болезни или смерти близких людей.
•	Организатор ярмарки “Оюунлаг Уйлс”  оставляет за собой право изменить место проведения ярмарки
•	Все участники должны быть застрахованы от личной ответственности, ограбления и пожара. Организаторы ярмарки не несут ответствености за потерю или повреждение оборудования независимо от того, когда произошло повреждение : до, во время или после ярмарки.  

Отмена регистрации осуществляется согласно следующим правилам:
•	Все изменения касательно бронирования или отмены должны быть предоставлены в письменной форме.
•	В случае полной отмены участия учебного заведения в ярмарке или отмены бронирования в гостинице, “Оюунлаг Уйлс”  оставляет за собой право взимать штраф за аннулирование:
- В случае отмены участия учебного заведения в ярмарке, отправленного до 2023/09/08,  взимается штраф в 50% сбора за участие ;
- В случае отмены участия, отправленого после 2023/09/08, сумма сбора за участие возврату не подлежит. 
Организаторы не несут ответственности ни за какую случаи и инциденты, прямо или косвенно касающееся отмены, приостановки  или сокращении продолжительности запланированного периода проведения ярмарки: 
a.	Форс-мажер 
b.	Вооруженная агрессия, военные действия, законная или гражданская реквизиция
c.	Пожар, наводнение, тайфун, плохие погодные условия, землетрясение, инфекционная болезнь
d.	Ущерб, нанесенный воздушным объектом или самолетом
e.	Забастовки или блокировки рабочих

В случае отмены ярмарки, сокращений продолжительности  или перенесения мероприятия, только в этом случае сбор за участие, выплаченный организатору, или любая часть суммы может быть возмещена по собственному усмотрению организатора ярмарки, но без ущерба права организатора присвоить невозврат сбора за участие.
